Passalacqua has been present to HostMilano, the world's leading Ho.Re.Ca. trade fair, an event that takes place over five days every two years in Fiera Milano Rho. Its 40th edition was staged from the 20th to the 24th of October 2017.

With more than 1,400 companies, 41% from outside Italy, and more than 150 thousand visitors, of which more than 60 thousand foreigners from 172 countries, it provides a formula that combines the vertical specialisation in the various sectors it covers – from professional catering to the world of coffee and tea, from bars to vending machines, from the ice-cream and pastry to furnishings and tables – and the possible synergy between them, thanks to their presence in the same trade fair fostering continuous exchanges and interactions.

Coffee can be considered as the common denominator of the hospitality world, now more than ever. HostMilano will receive it in Sic, the International Coffee Fair.

24 editions have been bringing together the entire production chain, from manufacturer to distributor to green coffee roaster, from businesses to coffee machine makers, introducing innovation and high-level training.
