The Art of Neapolitan Blending
The art of coffee blending, taken to its highest expression.
Multiple origins, one inimitable aromatic complexity.

The "Secret" to Quality
Selecting and roasting a single origin is easy.
Balancing different origins takes the skill of an alchemist. Each origin adds a unique note — sweetness, body, acidity, persistence — creating a symphony otherwise impossible to achieve.
Alambra is the Passalacqua blend made for those who want to treat themselves to real Neapolitan coffee — bold, true to tradition. Perfect at home, with an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio.
What aroma will you taste?
Alambra has an intense aroma, dominated by dark notes: deeply persistent cocoa, spiced hints, and a distinctly bold flavour. Full-bodied on the palate — almost chewable — with medium-high persistence, it's perfect for those who love intense coffee and bitter notes.
How do we get there?
To achieve such a bold flavour, we favour 70% robusta, with 3 origins in the blend and a medium-dark roast that brings out exactly the result we're after.
How to brew it?
Perfect at home, with the moka pot, so you can enjoy a cup whenever you like — and always have quality hospitality ready, because good coffee should never be missing.

A Journey for the Senses
The Opening (The First Impression): There's a moment, even before the first sip, when the coffee introduces itself. It's the aroma rising up, clear and composed, telling the story of its origins.
The Body (The Heart of the Sip): As it meets the palate, the body arrives: dense and velvety, filling the mouth completely. The accent falls on dark notes — cocoa and spice — meeting in one bold flavour.
The Finish (The Lingering Impression): What lingers after the sip. This is where the blend proves itself, with a long, clean persistence of bitter cocoa, keeping the memory alive well beyond the cup.
