The family’s love for coffee has been passed down through generations, as evidenced by an iconographic timeline tracing the history of Passalacqua, established in 1948.

Inside the Passalacqua concept store, the aristocratic sitting room becomes a cherished space where time slows down.
Sipping coffee amidst velvets, couches, and mirrors reminiscent of ancient noble houses, you’ll feel immersed in an atmosphere from another era.
Here, coffee is not served at the counter. For once, haste can wait—don’t you think?
Always Freshly Ground Coffee, Thanks to Azomico
A recurring feature of the historic Bar Mexico coffee shop, the colonial counter has been reimagined for the occasion with the futuristic Azomico system.
Freshly roasted coffee is displayed in glass silos that not only create a fascinating visual effect but also preserve the coffee’s quality without altering its taste in any way.
The coffee, sealed hermetically in a nitrogen cloud, avoids contact with air, preventing oxidation. The result? Always freshly ground coffee, as if just roasted, of the highest quality and ready to release its full array of aromas.

The space becomes a story to tell, where classicism and tradition are evoked through unique, custom-designed furnishings.
Details evoke the dreamy atmospheres of aristocratic salons of the past—from the interiors and velvet sofas to decorative paintings and the interplay of light from the mirrors.
The tables, in particular, serve as a showcase for the premium coffee origins that have defined and distinguished Passalacqua for 75 years.
Coffee beans are embedded into the tables, visible at the base of each one.
